Furnished Apartments

• 30 night minimum
• Month-to-month lease with either individual or corporate lease signer
• Credit card required: Visa or Mastercard
• $1000 security deposit
• $500 cancellation fee
• One-time cleaning fee of $175 due day of move-in
• 2 weeks written notice to vacate
• Final payment can be prorated
• Security deposit refundable within 21 days of move-out date
• 5% late fee after 5 day grace period on rent payments
• Prorations are always based on a 30 day month
• No pets allowed in the building
• 2 person maximum for studios and 4 person maximum for one bedrooms
• No subletting

Unfurnished Apartments

• 1 year lease
• Lease can be terminated after 9 months without penalty
• 30 day written notice to vacate
• Security deposit returned within 21 days of move-out
• No subletting
• Prorations are always based on a 30 day month
• 5% late fee after 5 day grace period on rent payments

Hawaii Condo Rentals

• All taxes and fees included in nightly rate
• 4 night minimum
• $300 charged in advance to credit card
• Remainder charged 1 week before arrival
• $300 cancellation fee
• Credit card required: Visa or Mastercard
• Keys will be waiting at the main office under your last name
• Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am
